This is a basic Camera Tween tool.
Basically it allows you to create a motion picture camera track that will be smoother and more reliable than running around while you film.
In it's current state, you start the first camera, and it sets the whole set to what your numpad key is set to. You can also specify a pause key.
Then left click spawns camera legs. Right clicking makes all cameras look at the entity you are looking at. If you are looking at the world it disables following an entity. For each camera you can specify how fast to get there and if you stay at that camera for a set number of seconds. The last option will make camera you are about to spawn movable. If you left click an existing camera it will reset the properties to your current settings.
The visual model itself is a camera at each leg, with a laser shooting between them in sequential order. While in the camera or any other camera tool the game offers, you cannot see the cameras or the lasers.
Once you have your movement track set, press the key to start and it goes!
** Know limitations: The thirdperson view of the camera jolts slightly, and when following the angles of another entity, it also may jolt. If you change the pause/start keys after creating the first camera leg it doesn't register, unless you delete the whole thing and start over.
Install Instructions: Unzip to your "addons/" folder
UPDATE 1.1 on Jan 15, 2007:
* Moved the client-side calculations to CalcView, and imitated a scripted vehicle. Thanks to DEADBEEF for the suggestion and example.
* Server still predicts location and displays a camera where the client should be viewing out of, for all third party clients.
* Fixed the remove bug to where if you delete the first camera, the whole thing is deleted. If you remove a leg just that leg is removed and the tween adapts to skip that leg. If you remove the last one, it shortens the tween.
* Should be sturdier
* Added Numpad Key to start above the first o

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
