I EVEN SAID I DIDN'T MAKE THIS! IT WASN'T ON GARRYSMOD.ORG!
This is the explosive entities Stool. When you click on a prop, it makes it explodable. You can set the health and stuff. Just place the folder called 'Stool - Explosive Entities' into your addons folder. Press 'okay' to overwrite it. Also, I DID NOT make this. It was of of garrysmod.com. It wasn't uploaded here for some reason. Well, here you go.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
