Just a little addition:
-Added slowmotion and motionblur by way of simple timers (So there may be timing offset depending on the altitude of the nuke drop).

Yes, this is merely a sound switch to teta's Nuclear Airstrike. Aware of such.
Primary calls in a nuke at the position your looking at, secondary lets you complete the challenge 'The Ultimate Sacrifice' (SUICIDE STRIKE), and reload is... well... you'll see =D

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
