20 models decompiled and recompiled into working NPC (Combine and Ally scripts included) / Player models, as well as spawnlist for the ragdolls by me, just plop it into your addons folder!
All models are from S-Low's website (yes I asked him before uploading here) and although some models may already be uploaded, I did not steal anyone's work and compiled all the models myself.
Disclaimer : Not all of the animations will look perfect because these were rigged for CS:S and then converted to GMOD, but most look good (fatter models sometimes clip and some models hold their guns in off positions) - Tau Commander has broken ragdoll on death- sometimes fixes itself.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
