Version 12 of my personal model.
Includes:
Standard armored - beret and sunglasses bodygrouped
Evil armored - see above (Evil boss from The Other side what?)
Armored synth - helmet bodygrouped
Evil armored synth - helmet and shoulder pads bodygrouped (da badguys from The Other Side)
Scientist outfit with six skins, bodygrouped beret, sunglasses, and name badge.
Credits:

Usage:
I'd rather you not rip these models/textures apart for your own projects or skins.
The scientist model is rigged to the HL2 citizen skeleton so in theory it could be made into an NPC but I have no plans on doing so, so don't ask.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
