Hey everyone, Deadwalker here
I've been wanting to release a new map for a while now and so here it is, a Minecraft themed flatgrass map! :P
To play the map simply copy and paste the 'maps' and 'materials' folders to your
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\SteamID\garrysmod\garrysmod" directory or download it from the Toybox and it will do this for you.
This map contains:
-Lots and lots of grass
-Finniesp's Minecraft skybox texture
-A nice moving cloud texture from Flyguy's map gm_mc_construct_final
-A 3D skybox for the clouds
The house in the third screenshot is made from props and ragdolls from DJ.Lukis.LT's MC Model Pack 3 found here http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=124853

This download looks like an unpacked addon. You can either convert the files to an addon or merge the folders in the zip with the folders in your Garry's Mod folder.

Convert to Addon (Recommended)

You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

  • steamapps
    • common
      • garrysmod
        • garrysmod
          • addons
            • gm_mc_flatgrass <-- Make this folder!
              • e.g.
              • lua
              • maps
              • materials
              • models
              • etc

Or, Merge Folders (Not recommended)

This option makes it difficult to remove the content should you no longer want it. Merge any folders from the zip with the equivalent folders in your Garry's Mod folder.
