I added lighting just as everyone had asked. I also added some landscaping and interior detail and the eastern and western islands into the 3D skybox.Please comment if you have any question, comments, concerns or to report a bug.
Special thanks to GC Textures, Stene and to Euphoria for their texture packs.

This download looks like a map. You need to place it in your maps folder inside the Garry's Mod folder.

You should end up with a directory structure similar to below
