An update to the Harrypotheadhat I made earlier this day. This time it's a pack with two hats, a high hat and a harrypotheadhat.
Anyway, it's in addon format, with a spawnlist. Just drop it in your garrysmod dir.
I made the models, textures, spawnlist and addon, so.. credit me, Kazztastic, if you use any of these hats in something you upload or in your comic.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
