This is a Red Dead Redemption Zombie john marston hack/ skin i made.
The bandana is bodygrouped, along with the bandolier, pouch ect. This is less "floppy" than the john marston that lillwasa released. but if you want him more floppy just use the .phy from the original john marston, and rename it.http://facepunch.com/threads/1168913
The Face does not spawn with the lips like that. I couldn't get it to work and look good removing the lips. So i included a face preset inside labeled "Angry Zombie" or something like that.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
