Just a Version 2 of my map Gm_Shack

Fixed:
HDR lighting is now a bit darker and goes more on evening time.
Reflections aren't that much anymore. Just few.
Blocky - Wasn't sure what people mean but I added few details and "roof thing" as 1 guy said.
Build zone added. (Grass behind house) Or button activating field of building over water.
YOu can run arround house as much as you want now, no blocking.
Has 3D skybox. (1 side with factory which pollutes air) and other sides with cliffs and old abandoned ship.
No more streched textures.
------Things I added--------
Additional abandoned part of dock with old boat and rubbish on walk way.
Few decals that makes it look like vandalised.
SO have fun.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
