I've made an SNPC from the Gordon Freeman model. This addon inculdes the models and materials required. The NPC also has a spawn icon.
If there are any bugs that you want fixed, feel free to message me on Facepunch. My username is Crazy Joe.
A version two is on the way. It should fix the bugs that are present in the NPC. If anybody thinks they could lend me a hand, don't hesitate to PM me on Facepunch.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
