This map was made by NIPPER back in late 2004. You can find it on GameBanana Here if you want to download it for CS:S. It includes a navigation mesh that can be used for NextBots, as well as a map icon and spawn config file for TTT

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

              • e.g.

              • materials
              • models
              • etc
