This tool allows you to pose a ragdoll into it's model pose, which in most cases, is a standing pose. Might not work properly on some models.
To install, simply extract the folder inside the zip to your addons folder.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

  • steamapps
    • common
      • garrysmod
        • garrysmod
          • addons
            • Standing Pose tool <-- Addon folder!
              • e.g.
              • lua
              • maps
              • materials
              • models
              • etc
