EDIT 4: gm_mount2 is working again you just may have to redownload and install it.
EDIT 3: Ellis actually is in the pack, just wasnt put in the picture. sorry
EDIT2: gm_mount2 isnt working right now so get this pac for the survivors
EDIT: ive been told i forgot ellis in here, sorry.
all left 4 dead survivors from both games and the weapons from left 4 dead 1
contains a spawnlist and is in addon form
all models and materials are extracted from l4d and converter to be used for garrysmod.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
