This is a coded lua file,used for making your own sweps!!!i made this dont let anyone tell you different.i hope this helps
once finished changing the lua scripts,just put the:swep_maker folder in:
garrysmod/garrysmod/lua/weapons
and thats all!

This download looks like a lua file. You need to place it in your lua folder inside the Garry's Mod folder.

You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
