CSS SNPCs V1.0.zip

These are SNPCs of the Terrorists and Counter-Terrorists from CS:S. Unlike the old CS:S NPCs that only use combine and rebel AI these use custom sounds and can use more weapons (i.e. CS:S Guns). This also includes the code for adding the CS:S guns to the NPC weapons list.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
