This is a paint ball gamemode i did make ( maps comes out soon ). try it on fortwars maps or some dualing maps and it would work. this isnt deahtmach this is team strategy. evry time u gets hitted 5 times you lose the round and need to w8 15 sec to respawn

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
