/\ Improved Heat-seeking missiles' entity detection, they now have a cone-of-check (this prevents missiles detecting players/NPCs/other missiles behind it) and a trace check (this prevents missiles from detecting players/NPCs/other missiles behind walls/etc.)
/\ Fixed rockets blowing up in your face on gm_bigcity
/\ Increased fuel length from 5 seconds to 6 seconds
/\ When a laser-guided rocket runs out of fuel, it will now allow the player to reload his weapon
/\ Fixed laser dot being too far away from the laser beam
/\ Fixed laser beam being too far from the laser pointer model
- Removed an unused sound
- 3 missile modes:
* Manual (100% speed)
* Heat-seeking (87% speed)
* Laser-guided (75% speed)
- Custom particle effects for explosions and rocket trails
- Custom viewmodel (not by me)
- Fully compatible both in singleplayer and multiplayer
- Missiles unweld/unrope/etc. physical objects and send them flying away from the explosion
- Missiles run out of fuel in 5 seconds
- While the missile still has fuel, it emits a light and creates particle effects
Missile modes:
- Manual:
+ 100% speed
+ Can reload after firing out a missile
- Missiles are affected by gravity
- Fired out missiles have an offset
- Heat-seeking:
+ 87% speed
+ Can reload after firing out a missile
+ Missiles are not affected by gravity, if they find a target
- Missiles do not distinguish between friend or foe
- A Heat-seeking missile will always fly after another rocket, even if there are living beings nearby
- Fired out missiles have an offset unless the missile finds a target
- Laser-guided:
+ 75% speed
+ Missiles are not affected by gravity
+ Clicking your primary attack button after firing out a missile lets you turn off ignition on the rocket, turning it into an artillery shell
- Can reload only if there are no active missiles fired out by the owner
- Moving around cau

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
