Here are 3 SWEPS based off of the HL2 Beta weapons that didn't make it into the final game. Includes sound effects from the beta as well (though the SMG2 reload had to be modified to fit the animation).
Credits: Valve for the models, Missing Information team for access to models, Airslide for SWEPs
Simply place "Beta Weapons" into your addons folder.
Note: These sweps don't use CS base and quite a bit of time was spent perfecting them (mainly starring at a loading screen).
Weapons
===========================
OICW - Assault Rifle - Secondary fire zooms in. When zoomed, fire mode switches to two-bullets-at-a-time with reduced fire rate.
SMG2 - Sub Machine Gun - Secondary fire switches between full auto and burst mode. Burst fire provides much more accurate shots.
Sniper Rifle - Secondary zooms in and makes the weapon more accurate. Only headshots are usually instant-kill.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
