BIG NOTE!!
I'm gonna be completely reworking everything now.
Expect an update sometime soon, including maps, small static objects, planes and links to things that work well with it =p
Update 25th November:
New update will include following;
Houses/Structures in proper scale.
Undrivable vehicles in proper scale, including tanks, a truck, destroyer ships and PT boats.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
