Rodney's macro DEMO was removed because the stargate would not dial
to make it work swich 1 of the stargate contollers to MACRO2 and the other to MACRO4, !!!!!do not download this one the Stargate's wont shut-down!!!!!

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
