Nuclear dawn f2000 sweps with all diferent attachments, it uses modified mad cows swep base (no bouncing bullets) and all weapons have useable sights, world model (varies with different gun), animations arnt perfect it uses a model over a model, it uses http://www.gamebanana.com/skins/105291 as the base model
to get nuclear dawn models i just purchased Nuclear Dawn and used gcfscape to extranct models, materials and sounds into a folder in my addons and added a info.txt as the models have a dx90.vtx a .mdl a .phy for the models with physics and a .vvd

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
