Based on a request by Locklear, I made a radioactive SENT.
It took me FOREVER to get the right effects for this.
It has a green and white glow, and a heat effect, from the radiation.
The model itself is a barrel, which has a combine portal material on it.
Damages anything that gets near it, does more and more damage as you get closer. Also, your screen flashes white if you're close enough when being damaged. No sounds, I found them to be really repedative and annoying
It's admin only, to prevent minge spam

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

        • garrysmod
          • addons
            • radiation_sent <-- Addon folder!
              • e.g.
