I noticed someone uploaded a controller for the tardis included in the Doctor Who Pack. Well this is an adv dup file of the tardis using a different control scheme. It uses can teleport between any two locations of your choosing. Just remove the block that the gps units are on; then place the gps units wherever you want.
Controls:
0 = Dematerialize/Teleport
1 = Switch between locations
USE = Get in/out of the TARDIS
I did not make the tardis. All credit for the tardis goes to the creator of the Doctor Who Pack
You will need the Doctor Who pack and Wire to get this to work

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

  • steamapps
    • common
      • garrysmod
        • garrysmod
          • addons
            • Tardis <-- Addon folder!
              • e.g.
              • lua
              • maps
              • materials
              • models
              • etc
