This is version two of the Military Vehicle Sounds pack. It contains more sounds, and now has a few gun sounds as well. It also includes the scripts to add these sounds to your wire_soundemitter and wire_turret list. If you have the original Military Vehicle Sounds pack "Tasty's Vehicle Sounds", delete it before you install this. I will make the next versions so that you can just merge them onto existing ones though, so any versions after this, you should be able to just merge.
As well, it includes some HL2 sounds that go well with the ones in the pack. Such as gun sounds not formerly in the turret sound menu, and other various engine sounds.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
