P.s. to install it, just put the half-life000.sav and the half-life000.tga on your save folder: X:\progams\steam\steamapps\youraccountname\garrysmod\garrysmod\SAVE

This download looks like a save. You need to place it in your saves folder inside the Garry's Mod folder.

You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
