A reporter from Frontlines: Fuel of War that has full faceposing(yay, me)
It was originally ported by DtMech, I asked him for permission to release this faceposable n eyeposable build, n he was like yeah okay sure, Kaos Studio made the model in the first place, and if you're going to post these on the workshop, at least credit me.

just drop the contents directly into the addon folder

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
