im happy to say that im the first person in the world to make a my little ponies picture frames. there are 16 frames and all of them are awesoem so enjoy.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

steamapps
- common
  - garrysmod
    - garrysmod
      - addons
        
        my little pony picture frames <-- Addon folder!
        
        e.g.
        
        lua
        
        maps
        
        materials
        
        models
        
        etc
