IT LIES WITHIN THE REALM OF THE FLASHDERP 9001, NEAR THE SAME PHILOSOPHICAL INTENTION!
SIMPLY INSTALL SAID ADDON ON A BOTEHRSOME AQUAINTENCE'S MACHINE OF RECREATION, AND MOCK HIM AS HE USES HIS OMNITOOL OF POWER!
Replaces the Toolgun Firing sound with Ellis' quote, "Laser Beams" from Left 4 Speed 2.

I take no credit for the sound, video, or any of the work I did to move it to GMod. OneyNG made the video, so give him the credit.
To remove this, navigate to gmod/gmod/sound/weapons/airboat and delete airboat_gun_lastshot1 & airboat_gun_lastshot2.
Have fun with this.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
