The Winchester 1887.
I got rid of the glitched Lua file and remade it.
There are no longer any reload problems, let alone any problems at all.
I coded it myself this time.
I also fixed the iron sights. (Thank you Iron Sights Designer )
If you liked my 'Winchester Fix', you'll love this.
Also, I recommend Bullet Time and the Dismemberment Mod with this SWep.

It's not an addon format so drag and drop everything in your programfiles/
steam/steamapps/Yoursteamname/garrysmod/garrysmod directory.
Click 'Yes' if it asks if you want to replace anything.
Don't worry, it won't replace any of your other models or Lua files, it will just put everything in there
for you.
If you don't like that method, just place everything separately in the same directory.
If you've downloaded the Winchester Fix, just replace the weapon_winchester_1887
Lua file with the new one, and put the winchester_base in the lua/weapons folder.
Model: I'm not sure who made the model, but give him some credit.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
