Babel is proud to present a product that is especially designed to take any heavy, armored vehicle, like an APC, and throw it about like a wet sack. Or anything in general.
TS Industries (The guys who developed the Bulk Cannon) sent us this little number the other day. Of course, as a friendly gesture they sent the thing with some extra materials, so we had to uncrate it wearing hazmat suits. The reason why is because the interceptor runs on plutonium, as well as some other dangerous, radioactive materials that cost us.. a lot of money on, so don't just run around and damage it all willy-nilly.
It fires vaporization orbs (Or, how the civilians say, Combine Balls) in it's general direction, but dies out shortly after an impact. Basically, it's decent for large groups in medium-range combat. If you were to fire this in a narrow hall, you would most likely obliterate everything, regardless of how long the orb has before it dies out. Due to the fact it takes a second for the plutonium and other materials to regenerate the lost energy, there's a little meter on the side to let you know when it can be fired again.
Hopefully, knowing how you all work with this kind of heavy machinery, would know how to operate it and take care of it. Also, since you don't sign a waiver for this, I'm not liable for any extra limbs or hand or eyeball cancer you might develop.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
