Some people in the comments mentioned that the last two models crash the game for them. So as it goes I recommend you don't spawn them. It's probably broken IK which is causing it.
As to NPC's. If someone feels the sheer urge to rerig them to the valve biped go ahead. I won't be doing it myself personally.
A few sort of WIP quake 4 ragdolls.
there's a few transparency Z-order issues and a few other things.
Uploading it now because I don't know when I'll have to the time to wrap them up

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
