By way of introduction, I am "Redclaw" and I have spent the last 5 years mapping for AVP2. I also served as a map reviewer and staff member
for for PlanetAVP. Over a year ago I jumped in the Half Life 2 and CounterStrike: Source arena feet first. It's been a total blast and I love the HL2 world.

You have come back to the train station where you first arrived so long ago. It is no longer used for citizen transportation but serves for train repair and cargo only.
Winter has set in and the yard is now the center of large battle between the Combine and Rebels for control of this important spoke in the Combine rail system.
Unzip the files dm_winter_trainyard_V2.bsp:

-Made the map more playable and removed some navagation issues.
-Increased hallway size
-Changed the lighting in a few places
-Added more snow
-Removed door so access to rail control office is easier
-Changed placement of some pickups and added a few more
-Added more map detail for outside areas
Changing the map name from "dm_winter_trainyard_V2.bsp" to anything else will cause
all the special audio and visual effects (specularity) to stop working as the cubemaps and
custom soundscapes have been compiled for this map filename only. Basically the map will
