Basic Info: This is the Groza OC-14. It looks like a hand made weapon put together by some different and ak parts on the field but works surprisingly good. It uses the 9x39mm subsonic round and is very powerful.

History: Groza OC-14 (Thunderstorm) is a Russian selective fire bullpup assault rifle chambered for the 9x39mm subsonic round.
It was developed in the 1990s at the TsKIB SOO (Central Design and Research Bureau of Russian Sporting and Hunting Arms) in Tula, Russia. The weapon is also colloquially known as OTs-14 Groza. The OC-14-4A "Groza-4" has one derivative, the TKB-0239, also known as OC-14-1A "Groza-1", chambered for the 7.62x39mm round.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
