Hello guys this is my e2 pack for gmod
1% for me and 99 for other ppl.
there are 259 .txt i think
just put all .txts in garrysmod/garrysmod/data/Expression2.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

steamapps
- common
  - garrysmod
    - garrysmod
      - addons
        
        data <-- Addon folder!
        
        e.g.

        materials
        
        models
        
        etc
