If you don't know what the fuck prediction is, have a read.

An entity base that you can use to create any sort of player usable addon, such as a jetpack, a shoulder strapped rocket launcher ( and more ) that can also function normally in the world with full prediction support.
It has support for custom keybindings and right click editing.

It's kind of hard to make screenshots of an entity base, so bear with me on the screenshot side.

The base comes with a jetpack entity, a long jump and a grappling hook, they should provide enough insight on how the entity base works, but I'll still try to make a tutorial.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

  • steamapps
    • common
      • garrysmod
        • garrysmod
          • addons
            • gmod_predictedentities-1.1 <-- Addon folder!
              • e.g.
              • lua
              • maps
              • materials
              • models
              • etc
