Pack is in BETA, meaning it's not finished and might never be. The last pack was a travesty. And for some reason you people still downloaded it.
Installation for dummies:
Inside the main 2 folders, there is a file for each individual weapon. Put these in addons.

The models were ported by xplor3r.
The textures are terrible, for the record. TBH, the MP9 is the only sexy one.
Sounds work, and if you're getting shell ejection errors, for God's sake buy CSS.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
