The original VMF file of gm_construct_flatgrass_v6-2 for use in the Valve Hammer Editor. You can edit and share it as you like, but you have to name your version different to avoid conflicts!
It's updated to the new standards of Garry's Mod 13 (mirror room, new sky, etc). The Wire Map Interface got changed, so it uses the built-in one of Wiremod now.
Update (25.1.13): Updated the VMF with the latest bug fixes.
The custom Textures are included.
Note: The light on the map is maxed out, so reducing the size of the lightmapgrid or adding more stuff could crash VRad while compiling, because VRad has an internal limit of memory usage of about 1.4 GB. No matter how much memory you have built in your computer.
Compiling at full, final and ldr+hdr will take about 45 minutes with a ~3Ghz Six-Core-Processor, so be prepared for a longer wait while compiling, even if you have a much better one.

This download looks like an unpacked addon. You can either convert the files to an addon or merge the folders in the zip with the folders in your Garry's Mod folder.

Convert to Addon (Recommended)

You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

              • e.g.

Or, Merge Folders (Not recommended)

This option makes it difficult to remove the content should you no longer want it. Merge any folders from the zip with the equivalent folders in your Garry's Mod folder.
