To install place in your addons folder and you are done.
This is just a playermodel that will be perfect for a mobboss or mayor or etc for rping. Yes the model is ltcommanders Due to alot of the remarks about the tie i decided to fix it ... about a week ago but finnally got off my ass and uploaded :D.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

steamapps
- common
  - garrysmod
    - garrysmod
      - addons
        
        Joker's Suit V2 <-- Addon folder!
