This is my Stargate Alteran Outpost.
You need:
-Stargate mod
-Spacebuild
-Wire
-Life support
-PHX
When you sit on the chair press:
-Left Mouse to Fire
-Right Mouse to tell the drones where they go
-Space to activate Shield

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

  • steamapps
    • common
      • garrysmod
        • garrysmod
          • addons
            • ALTERAN OUTPOST <-- Addon folder!
              • e.g.
              • lua
              • maps
              • materials
              • models
              • etc
