i have been looking for anti no clip for age so i decied to post this when i found it because there isnt one on garrysmod.org
This anti no clip gun is designed to kill/burn/heal ect. anyone who gose near a protected object in no clip (this also has antinoclip-mass){my favorite is kill}
this was orignal made by RabidToaster (i take no credit for this)
inside is the origanl readme and a updated part on how to install

fix found if it dosen't work in the addons section
if it dose not work place the contents in the lua folder

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

steamapps
- common
  - garrysmod
    - garrysmod
      - addons
        
        AntiNoclip <-- Addon folder!
        
        e.g.
        
        lua
        
        maps
        
        materials
        
        models
        
        etc
