Welcome to Joe's body!
As you will find, things have not been as well as they used to be, and it seems Joe has more problems than he thinks.
This map is built for ZS, but can be played in sandbox mode just as easily.
Textures by me,(1 was transferred from Gmod)
Models by me
Layout by me
General optimization, very good.
-The map is playable with any game configuration.

As of now, I no-longer package my VMF's with the map, there has been some thievery,

This download looks like a map. You need to place it in your maps folder inside the Garry's Mod folder.

You should end up with a directory structure similar to below
