As the title suggests I have made my model into a swep, It has been nearly 6 Months but I only just learned animating a few weeks ago. So I decided to make this, I think it is pretty cool. I had trouble getting the flash work so I left it out.
In basic the lua just creates an explosion where you point and right clicking zooms in but does not do Ironsight due to the animation for firing being a large kick back.
Features: Completely my own model and texture, my own animations, custom icon. Also a grip update for my old model a breakaway version with shell and a normal version.

B.T.W - Sounds for reload came from hl-2 beta sniper rifle reload.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
