If you're saying i stole this, it is used off of some random mods iv'e had. I combined them, and fixed a few bugs, and added some stuff.
This is highly outdated, buggy, and therefore should not be downloaded at all. Thanks!

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
