This Map is compatible with both G-mod and Portal.
It Consists of:
A pretty big sand map
a street good for drag racing
A base With 2 floors
An underground tunnel to travel from one side of the map to another.
For Gmod install in Files\Steam\steamapps\\garrysmod\garrysmod\maps

For Portal Install in:
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\\portal\portal\maps
(Make sure its a BSP file, Unzipped and out of its folder)
When you get to the menu in portal, press the tilde (~), type in:
map (space, then) Portal_Contruct_map
this process can be done with alot of BSP files.
