This only works with Garry's Mod 13!
ResourceUI is a tool that makes it easier to include resources, instead of a file full of resource.AddFile()'s!

For the record:
- The reason why this isn't in the workshop is because It's not ready for that yet.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

  • steamapps
    • common
      • garrysmod
        • garrysmod
          • addons
            • ResourceUI <-- Addon folder!
              • e.g.
              • lua
              • maps
              • materials
              • models
              • etc
