this is a SENT not a dupe
DO NOT COMPLAIN IF THE VIEW IS MESSED I CAN'T FIX THAT. YOU'LL NEED TO DISABLE UR VIEW MODS.
instructions:
press USE while looking at the pod door to enter
press MOUSE1 to launch/ burst door
press RELOAD to enter override mode
press shift to dire thrusters ONLY in override
press MOUSE1 to advance stages when in override

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
