Also, i would have used the models by BlooCobalt, but seeing as to i dont have World at War, i sadly can't. Anyways:
Alright, i saw there was already a Nazi Zombie SNPC, but it didn't use Half-Dead's models, so i used those instead. So yes, this is a Nazi Zombie that runs.
It also has sounds direct from World at War

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

  • steamapps

              • e.g.
