This is a model of the Phazon Suit, worn in Metroid Prime 1. I didn't make this model, I just made it Phazon. Credit goes to Grim3Reaper for the model. Oh, and I don't know how to make glow effects, much less have red ones. Though this model doesn't have glow effects, compare this one to the MP3 Varia Suit, this one has much better graphics.
This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:
