This is a Rp map pack! I have personally hand picked these maps for rping! These are the best maps for rp I have ever played on!
Here's the list

The last 3 maps are build maps. But I like to make my own house :D. It's fun to mix things up sometimes! :)
Put everything into the "maps" folder.

This download looks like an addon. You need to extract the downloaded zip and put the addon folder in your Garry's Mod addons folder. You should end up with a directory structure similar to below:

steamapps
- common
  - garrysmod
    - garrysmod
      - addons
        
        Rp maps <-- Addon folder!
        
        e.g.
        
        lua
        
        maps
        
        materials
        
        models
        
        etc
